Transportation

GENERAL INFORMATION

We organize transportation for those cities where there is a minimum number of people.

Sometimes, even if the minimum is not met, we try to provide alternative transport. If we cannot go through your city, we will try to organise it in a nearby city. We always do our best to help you get to the camp.

Generally, regular buses are used to facilitate schedules and are usually a cheaper option for families.

COMMUNICATION:

We will post and update the meeting and pick-up points here as the date approaches.

Additionally, we will create a WhatsApp group on June 20 to notify you in detail and for you to identify our monitors.

We will also keep you informed about the progress of the transfer, delays or unforeseen events that may occur, as well as to inform you when the students have arrived at their destination. At the meeting point there will be our team in camp uniform to help identify us. If you have two shifts, you must be in the shift 1 and 2 WhatsApp group.

IMPORTANT:

before departure time and bring a snack for the journey. Students will have to identify themselves with their passport, valid ID; as well as the guardian who will give them to the bus. If they are to be picked up by someone other than the one who has authorized the transfer, they must write this down on the transfer registration.
