Camp Rules
Operation and Internal Regulations
1. Mobile phones, smartwatches and cameras
Due to the experience in previous years and camps we have taken the decision to strictly prohibit the use of cell phones as well as taking pictures and recording videos during the camp.If any participant hides it, the device will be collected and returned at the end of the camp.Campers will be offered the possibility to be with the phone every X days for a short time to call home. They will also be able to call home from the camp phone if there is an emergency throughout the camp days (as indicated in the following section). This call should be answered by the parents as cheerfully as possible, avoiding bad news and comments to prevent the child from being sad afterwards
2. Contact and Visits
Under the advice of our pedagogical team, visits from parents or guardians of the participants are not recommended or allowed. We must remember that one of the objectives of the camps is to promote independence and autonomy. We ask parents and guardians for understanding and responsibility. Your collaboration is necessary to ensure that the children adapt well to the camp and enjoy the activity, avoiding problems that may interfere with the smooth running of the camp.Daily monitoring of the campThrough our website we will present a daily summary of what happened the day before: activities, meals, special moments, etc. Due to the fact that we owe it to the kids, the web page may not be updated one day due to lack of time or problems with the mobile internet connection.Any other personal questions that parents or guardians may have during the camp will be solved preferably by email: info@veranoaventura.esContacto with the participantsWe have a phone number so that you can contact us if there is any reason for urgency. The number will be given at the time of registration and can be used only in case of REAL force majeure.
3. Alcohol, Tobacco and Drugs
We offer a healthy and safe place for participants, so it is not allowed for campers to be in possession and use of alcohol or cigarettes, as well as any kind of publications, magazines or offensive material for the rest of the participants. The Management Team and Camp staff are subject to the same rule except for tobacco, for which there is a schedule and places assigned for smokers, outside the camp facility. Any member of the Team who is caught violating this rule will be immediately expelled from the Camp.

4. Participant Commitment Behavior
1. You must not tease, joke, mock, threaten or discriminate against any person in the Camp.
2. No type of violence, physical or verbal, will be tolerated (fighting, hitting, teasing, bad language...).
Respect will be shown at all times to fellow campers, monitors, coordinators, and other people, property and animals of the inhabitants of the area.
4. Our goal is for everyone to have an unforgettable experience and to have a good time.
5. The environment will be respected and each space to be used in the development of the activities will be collected and left in the same situation in which it was initially.
6. Camp participants must respect the schedules.
7. The consumption of tobacco, alcohol and other toxic substances is strictly forbidden.
8. The consumption of food or beverages other than those provided by the camp kitchen service is not allowed, except for the consumption during the trips, or in cases justified by special diet. It is forbidden to bring any type of food, unless it is for medical reasons. Any food that can be brought from home and that may cause food problems or lack of appetite in the meals will be immediately withdrawn.
9. Sharp and/or cutting objects and laser lights, lighters and matches, the appropriation of other people's belongings and the use of any object that may cause accidents or injuries are strictly prohibited.
10. All campers have the daily obligation to shower and wash themselves in the established places and times.
11. The use of cameras, video cameras or similar items is not allowed, nor is the use of cell phones outside the times set by the monitors.

Dining room
1. You must go to the dining room dressed according to the basic rules of hygiene and education.
2. The monitors will supervise that everyone eats properly and that food is not wasted.
3. You must take care of your plates, glass/cup and cutlery.
4. The members of each team will take turns keeping the table clean and leaving it completely cleared.
Activities
1. Take care of and keep in good condition all the material and equipment you use during the Camp.
2. It is very important that you learn to work as a team.
3. You must not separate from the group during the activities.
4. It is not allowed to drink water without sanitary guarantees in outdoor activities.
5. It is strictly forbidden to dive headfirst into the pool, in hostels where there is one, as well as the practice of water games and violent water games.
6. All participants must take part in the activities.
7. It is mandatory to follow the safety measures required by the monitors and specialists.

Facilities
You must cooperate with the maintenance of the general cleanliness of the common areas of the Camp and keep your tent clean and tidy. You are not allowed to eat or drink inside the tent.
2. Mattresses must remain in their place, do not move them or take them out of their space.
3. Campers are not allowed to change tents. You may only enter your tent and for no reason may you enter another tent, outside of any game or workshop by the camp.
4. Any accident or breakage of common objects or the installation must be communicated to your monitor. 5. The material will be respected and good use of the facilities and dependencies of the camp will be made.

Other rules to follow - Do not enter unauthorized places - Do not lend or borrow the belongings, clothes or anything else of other campers - You must not leave the camp facilities for any reason or pretext, it is your own safety and that of the other campers. To do so you must be accompanied by a responsible monitor.
IMPORTANT: Any behavior, attitude or situation not foreseen in these rules will be considered by the Coordinator. Failure to comply with the rules will involve taking appropriate measures, reserving the right to expulsion if it is considered that the situation may negatively influence the proper development of the camp.
